She has over 5 years of experience working in a variety of settings including Early Intervention (0-3 years), pediatric inpatient rehabilitation, inpatient acute care and the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Her career focus includes working with infants and pediatrics with feeding and swallowing disorders. Nicole currently works at a level 4 NICU in Manhattan where she provides neuro-protective and neuro-developmental care to medically complex neonates. Outside of work, she continues to educate others about feeding/swallowing through online mentorship, presenting at conferences and serving on specialty committees.
