Christina is a Kansas State Licensed speech-language pathologist specializing in feeding and swallowing in infants and young children, with additional specialization as a Certified Neonatal Therapist.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in the field of Speech - Language Pathology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and her Master’s degree in the field of Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Redlands in Redlands, CA. Christina completed her Clinical Fellowship in a Pediatric Rehabilitation Hospital working with medically fragile infants and children.

Throughout her career, Christina has focused on infant and pediatric feeding and swallowing, including extensive experience supporting premature and medically fragile infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Her clinical expertise includes assessment and treatment of feeding and swallowing disorders, lactation support for breastfeeding infants, and instrumental swallowing evaluations such as Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) and Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS).

Christina also collaborated on the development of an Infant Feeding Program within an Acute Pediatric Rehabilitation Hospital, supporting infants who are medically cleared to leave the NICU but still working toward consistent, efficient feeding skills. Through this work—and her time in the NICU—she developed a deep passion for supporting not only infants, but also their parents and caregivers. One of her greatest joys is watching families grow confident and excited as they feed and care for their premature or medically fragile child.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their three dogs. As a proud military spouse, she embraces the adventure of exploring new parts of the country. She loves staying active, being outdoors, and finds her happiest place at the beach with a good book in hand.
