She brings years of hands-on experience across diverse settings — from Early Intervention (0–3 years) and pediatric inpatient rehabilitation to acute care and the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Passionate about feeding and swallowing disorders in infants and children, Nicole currently practices in a Level IV NICU in Manhattan, delivering neuroprotective and neurodevelopmental care to medically complex neonates. She blends clinical expertise with compassionate, family-centered care to support the tiniest patients through critical moments.
Committed to education and mentorship, Nicole created the popular Instagram resource "Nicole in the NICU" to share practical insights with clinicians and NICU families. She also mentors clinicians online, presents at professional conferences, and contributes to specialty committees to advance best practices in pediatric feeding and swallowing.
