Rachele is a New York State Licensed speech/language pathologist and holds additional specialization as a:

  • Board Certified Neonatal Therapist
  • Advanced Certificate in Pediatric Dysphagia
  • Neonatal Touch and Massage Certified Therapist

Rachele earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and went on to complete her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at New York Medical College. Her education and specialized training have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to provide highly individualized, evidence-based care for infants and their families.

Rachele has extensive experience working in Level III and Level IV NICUs, where she has supported infants with a wide range of feeding and developmental needs. She recently accepted a role at NYP Cornell, where she continues to deepen her clinical expertise. She is passionate about helping families navigate all aspects of feeding—from answering questions about bottle selection, addressing common challenges such as discomfort, reflux, and bottle aversion, to managing more complex feeding issues that can arise from conditions such as craniofacial disorders and congenital heart disease. She strives to provide compassionate, practical guidance that empowers caregivers and supports each infant’s success.

Outside of her professional work, Rachele enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their dog, especially exploring new parks and going for walks together. She also loves traveling and trying new cuisines, and is always excited to discover new places and experiences with her family.
